摘要
津渡是古代交通的重要关口,事关军事防卫与地方交通,也是民间交往和商业贸易的重要保障。清朝康熙年间,川藏南路成为入藏官道,而津渡也成为国家控制的军事要塞。晚清民国时期,康藏地区的津渡起到了保卫边防、征收关税、保障交通等重要作用,同时,还具备有偿服务的经营性质,成为康藏地区人口、物资和文化的聚合点,并对地方市镇发展具有重要影响。在清末康藏动乱之际,渡口又成为国家、土司和地方家族争夺的重要资源,渡口管理成为地方社会治理的重要内容。
Bridges and Ferries are important pass of ancient transportation,which was related to military defense and local transportation,as well as the important guarantee of folk exchanges and Commercial trade.During the reign of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty,Chuanzang South Road became an official road and the ferry became a military fortress under the control of the state.During the period of the Late Qing Dynasty and Republic of China,ferry crossings played an important role in defending frontier defense,collecting customs duties and ensuring transportation.At the same time,it has the economy nature of paid service,which has become the convergence point of population,material and culture of Kangzang area,and has an important impact on the development of local municipal.During the Unrest of Kangzang in the late Qing Dynasty,the ferry became an important resource contested by the state,Tusi and local forces,Ferry management has become an important content of local social governance.
