摘要
节约能源资源是我国发展经济建设的重要战略方针,而公共机构节能是全社会节能的重要领域,建筑节能则是公共机构节能的重点。以四川省肿瘤医院参加节约型公共机构示范单位创建工作为例,探讨了从节能管理、节能技改和节能宣传等方面提升能源单位建筑面积使用效率、加强用能管理的措施,可供同行参考。
Saving energy resources is an important strategic principle of China developing economic construction,while the energy saving of public institutions is the important field of social energy saving and energy conservation of buildings is the key of public institutions energy conservation.By taking Sichuan Cancer Hospital as an example,this paper discusses the measures to improve the utilization efficiency of institution and strengthen energy management from the aspects of energy conservation management,energy conservation technical innovation and energy conservation propaganda,in hope of providing reference for those in this field.
