摘要
节约能源资源是我国的基本国策,公共机构需率先垂范,发挥公共机构在节能减排工作中的示范引领作用。文章结合第三批节约型公共机构示范单位创建工作,对创建工作的部分内容提出了几点思考,供今后参与示范单位创建工作的公共机构和第三方咨询服务机构参考。
Saving energy and resources is the basic national policy of our country.Public institutions should play a leading role in the work of energy conservation and emission reduction.Some thoughts are put forward in this paper,combining with the establishment of the third batch of demonstration units of economical public institutions,for the reference of public institutions and third-party consulting organizations participating in the establishment of demonstration units in the future.
