摘要
21世纪工业自动化是现代科技工业的支柱,同时也是衡量一个国家的现代化标准。可以说工业自动化是对一个国家的经济和发展,也是人民生活水平提高都起到了至关重要的作用。近年来在各领域的努力下,我公司的生产自动化程度也随之提高,在同行业中一直保持领先水平。尽管如此我们在自动化领域依然还有巨大的潜力去提高度,从而降低公司的人工成本,有效增加企业的效益。这也是本次我研究团队的目的所在。长期以来包装车间的胶带检修都是在封箱前检测,检查胶带是否在封口处透明胶带有无粘贴到外纸箱上,这样容易在纸箱输送过程中因底部透明胶带在未封口好的情况下滚筒输送带将底部胶带拉掉,导致在用ABB机械手码垛时因底部无胶带,抓箱升降过程中纸箱内的产品因底部未封口掉落造成产品损坏或变形。针对上述情况,我团队通过前期的可行性分析和方案确定,更改设备原程序和在原有基础上增加新的检测机构,并进行现场调试最终达到了底部胶带快速检测,避免机器手抓箱时产品因底部未封口导致产品掉落变形或损坏的目的。
Industrial automation in the 21st century is not only the pillar of modern science and technology industry,but also the standard to measure the modernization of a country.It can be said that industrial automation plays a vital role in the economy and development of a country,as well as the improvement of people's living standards.In recent years,through the efforts in various fields,the degree of production automation of our company has also been improved,and it has maintained a leading level in the same industry.In spite of this,we still have great potential in the field of automation,so as to reduce the company's labor costs and effectively increase the efficiency of the enterprise.This is also the purpose of my research team this time.For a long time,the inspection and repair of the adhesive tape in the packaging workshop is to check whether the transparent tape is not pasted to the outer carton at the sealing place,so that it is easy to pull the bottom belt off when the bottom transparent tape is not sealed well in the process of carton transportation,which leads to the absence of adhesive tape at the bottom when palletizing with ABB manipulators.During the lifting process of the carton,the product in the carton is damaged or deformed due to the unsealed fall at the bottom.In view of the above situation,through the preliminary feasibility analysis and scheme determination,our team changed the original program of the equipment,added a new testing mechanism on the basis of the original,and carried out on-site debugging,thus finally achieving the rapid detection of the bottom tape to avoid the purpose of product falling,deformation or damage caused by the unsealed bottom of the machine when the machine grabbed the box.
