肠道菌群和呼吸道感染关系的研究进展 被引量:2

Association between intestinal microbiota and respiratory tract infection

摘要 在全球范围内,呼吸道感染(RTI)发病率及病死率高,也可造成巨大的医疗负担。近年来,研究发现肠道菌群对宿主防御系统起着至关重要的作用,它可通过免疫机制抵抗RTI,而肠道菌群失调可能诱发RTI的发生并引起RTI加重。同时,RTI也可改变肠道菌群的组成。肠道菌群的组成不同可能在一定程度上解释了RTI的异质性。此外,一些研究发现,使用益生菌可能被视为对抗RTI的一种创新措施。然而,目前肠道菌群与RTI之间的关系的研究还很有限,肠道菌群对RTI的重要作用还没有被广泛认识。鉴于肠道菌群对RTI的重要作用,本研究旨在探讨它们之间的关系。 Respiratory tract infection(RTI)has high morbidity and mortality in the world and leads to a huge medical burden.In recent years,researches have shown that intestinal microbiome has a critical effect on the host defense system,and can resist RTI through immune mechanisms.The imbalance of intestinal microbiome may induce and aggravate RTI.Meanwhile,it has been found that RTI could change the composition of intestinal microbiome.Some studies have found that different composition of intestinal microbiome may explain the RTI heterogeneity to some extent.Besides,some studies have found that the use of probiotics may be regarded as an innovative measure against RTI.However,the researches on the association between intestinal microbiota and RTI remain limited,and the important role of intestinal microbiota in RTI has not been extensively recognized.In view of the important role of intestinal microbiota in RTI,this article aims to discuss their relationship.
