摘要
目的探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿细胞免疫功能与气道高反应性的相关性。方法将2015年5月至2017年5月于我院儿科就诊的反复呼吸道感染患儿76例作为观察组,并同期选取门诊体检的健康儿童76例作为对照组,采用支气管激发试验对观察组患儿的气道高反应性进行判断并分组,测定所有研究对象的T淋巴细胞亚群比例。结果观察组中存在气道高反应性者共41例(观察A组),其余35例(观察B组)。观察组的CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+显著低于对照组,而CD8^+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察A组的CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+显著低于观察B组,而CD8^+水平显著高于观察B组(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿体内存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,表现为CD3^+、CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+降低以及CD8^+水平的上升,而且这种改变与气道高反应性存在密切关联。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cellular immune function and airway hyperresponsivenessin children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 76 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled as observation group, and 76 healthy children who had medical examination at the clinic during the same period were selected as control group. Bronchial provocation test was used to determine the airway hyper responsiveness and classify in the observation group, and the levels of lymphocyte subsets in all objects were measured. Results In the observation group, there were 41 cases of airway hyper responsiveness observation group A and the remaining 35 cases observation group B . The levels of CD3 , CD4 and CD4 /CD8 in observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the level of CD8 was higher than that in the control group P 0.05 . The levels of CD3 , CD4 and CD4 /CD8 in the observation group A were lower than those in the observation group B, while the level of CD8 was higher than that in the observation groupB P 0.05 .Conclusion There were cellular immune dysfunction in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, which represented the levels of CD3 , CD4 and CD4 /CD8 decreased and level of CD8 increased, and these changes are closely related to airway hyper responsiveness.
