摘要
以MMG300/700电牵引采煤机为研究对象,基于密实核理论,机电控制原理,针对采煤过程中载荷突变等特殊情况,结合电机调速特性,制定了合理的机电降载控制策略,并利用MATLAB进行了仿真分析。实践证明,机电降载控制策略不仅可以提高采煤机机电系统的性能,还可以保证采煤机的生产效率。
Taking MMG300/700 electric traction shearer as the research object, based on dense core theory,electromechanical control principle, according to the special situation such as load mutation in coal mining process,combined with motor speed regulation characteristics, a reasonable electromechanical load reduction control strategy is formulated. The simulation analysis is carried out by using MATLAB. Practice has proved that the electromechanical load reduction control strategy can not only improve the performance of the mechanical and electrical system of the shearer, but also ensure the production efficiency of the shearer.
