摘要
针对尾梁在使用中存在结构变形、局部开裂或断裂等失效问题,采用了有限元分析方法,对ZY12000型矿用液压支架中尾梁在不同工况条件的结构强度进行了分析研究。研究表明,尾梁与掩护梁连接的铰接耳处为整个结构的薄弱部位,极容易率先出现结构失效现象。因此,对尾梁的结构优化改进。改进后的尾梁应用效果评价验证了改进后的尾梁具有更高的结构强度及使用寿命,实际应用价值较大。
In view of the failure problems such as structural deformation, local cracking or fracture in the use of tail beam, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze and study the structural strength of tail beam in ZY12000 type mine hydraulic support under different working conditions. It is proved that the hinge of the tail beam and the cover beam is the weak part of the whole structure, and it is easy to take the lead in the phenomenon of structural failure. It is proved that the improved tail beam has higher structural strength and service life effect of the improved tail beam are put forward. It is proved that the improved tail beam has higher structural strength and service life, and the practical application value is great.
