摘要
针对王庄矿相关技术人员通过电路设计、加装风动设备的方法研发的一种掘进机缺油报警及风动注油装置,阐述其电路设计、构造及原理,以及技术特点。实际应用结果表明,该装置的研发和投入使用,确实减缓了掘进机检修成本的损耗,也减轻了掘进面工人的工作量,取得了较好的经济效益与社会效益。
Through the method of circuit design and installation of pneumatic equipment,the workers of Wangzhuang Mine have developed an oil shortage alarm and pneumatic oil injection device for roadheader,and expounded the circuit design,construction and principle of oil shortage alarm and automatic oil injection device for roadheader,as well as its technical characteristics.The practical application results show that the research and development of the device can reduce the loss of the maintenance cost of the roadheader,reduce the workload of the roadheader workers,and obtain better economic and social benefits.
