液压支架电液控制系统的改造

摘要 为了完善并提高液压支架电液控制电液控制系统实时监测系统运行功能及可靠性,在原有电液控制系统基础上通过增加布置高度、倾角、红外传感器等措施实现液压支架支撑高度、实时获取运行姿态等功能,并提出运行可靠性保证措施。改进后的电液控制系统在3306工作面运行时可靠、平稳,可为采面高效生产创造良好条件。 In order to perfect and improve the operation function and reliability of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system,the functions of monitoring the support height of hydraulic support and obtaining the running attitude in real time are realized by increasing the arrangement height,inclination angle and infrared sensor on the basis of the original electro-hydraulic control system,and the operation reliability guarantee measures are put forward.The improved electro-hydraulic control system is reliable and stable in 3306 working face,which can create good conditions for efficient production of mining face.
