摘要
青年返乡创业是助力乡村振兴的一条重要途径,乡村振兴战略为青年施展才化与成就梦想提供了广阔的舞台,青年返乡创业在乡村振兴战略中发挥着重要的作用。为进一步推动乡村振兴战略的实施,实现青年返乡创业高质量发展,一方面需要在培养体系、创业生态、政策体系等方面为青年返乡创业建立完善的保障机制。另一方面,青年返乡创业需立足本土资源、发展新型农业经营主体、创新经营方式、融入传统农耕文化、创建乡土味品牌等,并以全域发展理念引领乡村经济发展,促力乡村振兴。
Getting the young people to return home and start their own businesses is an important way for our nation to achieve the rural revitalization.The Rural Revitalization Strategy offers the young a broad stage to display their talents and realize their dreams.The youth starting their own businesses in their own hometown is of great significance to the rural revitalization.In order to further facilitate the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and realize the high-quality development of entrepreneurship in the young people returning home to start their own businesses,two requirements should be satisfied.First,a sound guarantee mechanism should be built in terms of training system,entrepreneurship ecology and policy system.Second,the young returning home need to base their businesses on the local resources,develop new agricultural business entities,innovate business modes,integrate into their business the traditional farming culture,and try to create local brands etc.,and bear in mind all the time the concept of leading the rural economic development and promoting rural revitalization in comprehensive way.
