摘要
PERC太阳能电池背面电极用银浆除需具备传统晶硅电池背银所必需的良好印刷性能、较低的银含量及较宽的烧结窗口之外,还应当具备低活性和优异的附着力。针对目前PERC背面银浆活性较高及所形成的银电极附着力不佳等缺陷,研究了Bi-B-Si-Cu系无铅玻璃粉中B2O3含量对PERC背面银浆性能的影响,利用扫面电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、数显式推拉力计及光致发光光谱仪(PL)等仪器对相关参数进行表征。实验结果表明:B2O3在玻璃粉中的含量为15%时所制备的PERC背面银浆对钝化层的腐蚀弱,所形成的银电极结构致密,具有优良的附着力,综合性能最优。
The silver paste for PERC back electrode needs low activity and excellent adhesion besides great printing performance,wide sintering window and low silver content.However,the silver paste for PERC back electrode usually shows higher activity and lower adhesion.In this paper,the effects of B_(2)O_(3)content in Bi-B-Si-Cu based lead-free glass frit on performance of silver paste for PERC back electrode were investigated・We used SEM,EDS,digital force gauge and PL to characterize the parameters.The results show that the silver paste for PERC back electrode can get weak corrosivity for passivation layer,good compactness of silver layer and excellent adhesion when the B_(2)O_(3)content in glass frit is 15%,and the comprehensive performance of the sample is optimal.
