摘要
目的总结2例甲状腺内胸腺癌患者的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析四川大学华西医院自2019年7月收治的2例甲状腺内胸腺癌患者的临床资料。结果经多学科团队(MDT)讨论,共同商议2例甲状腺内胸腺癌的诊断及治疗方式,通过多学科合作,改善了患者预后。结论在甲状腺内胸腺癌患者的临床诊治中,应采取MDT协作治疗模式,以求提供更佳的治疗方案。
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of intrathyroid thymic carcinoma(ITTC).Method The clinical data of 2 patients with ITTC treated in West China Hospital of Sichuan University since July 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Results After the discussion of the multidisciplinary team(MDT),the diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of ITTC were discussed together,and the prognosis of the patients was actively improved through multidisciplinary cooperation.Conclusion MDT cooperative therapy mode should be adopted in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with ITTC in order to provide a better treatment plan.
