摘要
意识形态工作是党的一项极其重要的工作。辅导员工作作为高校意识形态教育工作中不可或缺的组成部分,对高校思想政治工作具有重要的作用。笔者从高校辅导员意识形态工作能力提升的必要性以及其工作主客体现状的分析,提出从辅导员自身和高校两个维度来探究新时代高校辅导员意识形态工作能力提升的路径。
Ideological work is an extremely important task of the Party.As an indispensable part of ideological education in colleges and universities,the coordinators play an important role in ideological and political work in colleges and universities.From the analysis of the necessity of improving the ideological work ability of coordinators in colleges and universities and the status quo of the subject and object of their work,the author proposes to explore the ways to improve the ideological work ability of college counselors in the new era from the two dimensions,the coordinators themselves and the colleges and universities.
