摘要
通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出诃子具有以下特点:临床汤剂常用量为3~50 g,丸散剂常用量为0.769~35 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如敛肺止咳治疗肺系疾病(慢性支气管炎、感冒、哮喘、咳血等)为0.769~15 g;涩肠止泻治疗消化系统疾病(溃疡性结肠炎、慢性肠炎、急性胃肠炎、糖尿病腹泻等)为0.828~35 g;利咽开音治疗咽喉疾病(急慢性咽炎、声带白斑)为3~10 g;固崩止漏治疗妇科疾病(崩漏、带下等)为6~50 g;收敛固涩治疗肾系疾病(蛋白尿)为15 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如敛肺止咳常配伍麻黄、杏仁、甘草、五味子等;涩肠止泻常配伍怀山药、白术、肉豆蔻、白扁豆等;利咽开音常配伍桔梗、甘草、射干、荆芥、五味子等;固崩止漏常配伍侧柏叶、栀子等;收敛固涩常配伍黄芪、党参、白术、续断等。
Based on the collection of the clinical experience of both ancient medical books and modern physicians,it is concluded that medicine terminalia fruit has the following characteristics:The commonly used clinical dosage in decoction is 3-50 g,in pills and powders 0.769-35 g.Its best dosage should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For example,for astringing lung and relieving cough to treat pulmonary diseases(e.g.chronic bronchitis,cold,asthma,hemoptysis,etc.)the dosage is 0.769-15 g.For relieving diarrhea with astringents to treat digestive system diseases(e.g.ulcerative colitis,chronic enteritis,acute gastroenteritis,diabetic diarrhea,etc.)the dosage is 0.828-35 g.For relieving sore throat and sound producing to treat throat diseases(e.g.acute and chronic pharyngitis,vocal cord leukoplakia)the dosage is 3-10 g.For astringing metrorrhagia and relieving metrostaxis to treat gynecological diseases(e.g.metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,leucorrhoea,etc.)the dosage is 6-50 g.For convergence and fixation to treat kidney diseases(e.g.proteinuria)the dosage is 15 g.When treating different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,it is compatible with different herbs.For example,fro astringing lung and relieving cough,it is often combined with ephedra,bitter apricot seed,liquorice root,Chinese magnoliavine fruit,etc.For relieving diarrhea with astringents,it is often combined with Chinese yam,largehead atractylodes rhizome,nutmeg,hyacinth bean,etc.For relieving sore throat and sound producing,it is often combined with platycodon root,liquorice root,blackberry lily rhizome,fineleaf schizonepeta herb,Chinese magnoliavine fruit,etc.When astringing metrorrhagia and relieving metrostaxis,it is often combined with Chinese arborvitae twig and leaf,cape jasmine fruit,etc.For convergence and fixation,it is often combined with milkvetch root,tangshen,largehead atractylodes rhizome,himalayan teasel root,etc.
