摘要
目的分析在耳鼻喉科疾病治疗当中采用布地奈德混悬液喷射雾化吸入的应用效果。方法2017年1月—2019年3月,本院耳鼻喉科收治急性炎症病例113例,根据其治疗不同方式归为两组:喷射雾化组(使用布地奈德混悬液喷射雾化吸入治疗,患者计54例)、超声雾化组(使用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,患者计59例),对比治疗5天后,两组患者疗效获得的有关情况。结果在治疗总有效率方面,喷射雾化组患者有效率96.3%与超声雾化组患者有效率84.7%对比差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,发现喷射雾化组患者在咽部疼痛、咽部异物感、呼吸困难和声音嘶哑症状上的改善时间要明显比超声雾化组患者短(P<0.05)。喷射雾化组患者不良反应发生率7.4%较超声雾化组患者不良反应发生率25.4%低(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液喷射雾化吸入治疗耳鼻喉科疾病较常规超声雾化吸入的治疗效果更理想,不良反应少。
Objective To analyze the effect of budesonide suspens ion spray inhalat ion in the t reatment of otorhinolaryngologic diseases.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,113 cases of acute inflammation were treated in the otolaryngology department of our hospital.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:spray atomization group(54 cases were treated with budesonide suspension spray atomization inhalation),ultrasonic atomization group(59 cases were treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation).After 5 days of comparative treatment,the curative effect information of the two groups was achieved.Results In terms of the total effective rate,the effective rate of 96.3%in spray atomization group was significantly different from 84.7%in ultrasonic atomization group(P<0.05).During the treatment,it was found that the improvement time of pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,dyspnea and hoarseness in the spray atomization group was significantly shorter than that in the ultrasonic atomization group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in spray atomization group was 7.4%lower than that in ultrasonic atomization group(25.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of budesonide suspension spray atomization inhalation is better than that of conventional ultrasonic atomization inhalation,with less adverse reactions.
