摘要
往复式压缩机运行的好坏关系到装置能否平稳运行,因此做好往复式压缩机的检修保运工作十分重要。文章从造成往复式压缩机气缸异响的气阀、气缸、活塞等组件出发,结合日常生产中出现的问题,对引起异响的原因进行了分析,并提出针对性地处理措施。
The performance of piston compressors is related to the smooth operation of the device,so it is very important to do the maintenance and transportation of piston compressors.This paper is about the valve,cylinder,piston and other aspects that cause abnormal noise in piston compressor cylinder,problems in daily production,analysis of the cause of abnormal noise,and effectivetreatments proposed from corresponding aspects.
