摘要
某厂一台进口往复式新氢压缩机,累计运行时间半年,运行能力就达不到设计要求,振动超标,检查发现了一段缸缸套磨损严重,活塞环槽出现不同程度磨损和活塞环断裂等问题。从机组和管系震动、气缸组件材质选用等方面入手开展失效分析,提出改进措施。通过降低机组和管系震动,对活塞和缸套进行技术改造,经过半年的运行取得了成功,压缩机运转平稳,运行能力达到了设计的要求。
A reciprocal fresh hydrogen compressor imported by factory has been in operation only for half a year before the performance failure to meet the design specification due to excessive vibration.Problems discovered during the inspection include serious wear in one section of the cylinder liner,different levels of wear in the piston ring groove,and failure of piston ring,etc.Failure analysis is carried out from the perspective of vibration in the machine unit and pipe system,material selection of cylinder component,etc.,and improvement measures are proposed.By reducing the vibration of the machine unit and the pipe system,and technical innovation of the piston and cylinder liner,success is achieved after half a year's operation.The compressor is running stably,and the operation performance has reached the design specification.
