摘要
通过对填料盘裂纹产生的部位和裂纹扩展方向的宏观分析,依据微动疲劳裂纹产生的理论,认为填料盘的失效是由于微动疲劳造成的;通过对填料盘工作状况和失效机制的理论分析,进而在理论上证明了填料盘的开裂是由于微动疲劳造成的。
The macrocosmic appearance of the crack of the packing box was analyzed from the creating position and extending direction of crack. According to the theory of creating of fretting fatigue crack, it is showed that fretting fatigue resuits in the failure of packing box. By analyzing the working condition and failure mechanism of packing box, it is proved in theory that fretting fatigue results in the failure of packing box.
