西部地区中小学在线教学的现状及发展研究--基于大数据分析视角 被引量:10

The Status Quo and Development of Online Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools in Western China from a Big Data Analysis Perspective

摘要 在线教学对促进优质教育资源共享,推动教育信息化发展有着重要的意义。研究聚焦西部地区中小学在线教学现状,对渝、陕、川、滇、黔、桂、甘、青、宁、藏、新、内蒙古等西部12省市自治区的中小学师生进行大规模在线教学调查,共回收有效教师问卷27759份和学生问卷301645份。调查发现,西部地区中小学在线教学在网络设备和网上教学资源、师生在线教学满意度、家庭参与在线教学状况上存在不同程度城乡差异,西部地区教师运用信息技术状况整体较弱。针对调查中发现的问题提出建议:加强西部地区网络教育基础设施建设,增强偏远地区尤其是弱势学校的技术保障能力;改善西部地区中小学生在线学习信息素养,助推信息技术与课程教学的深度融合;针对西部地区教师线上教学的真实需求,进行适切性技术培训与指导;提升西部地区尤其是乡村学生家长的信息化素养,强化学校"服务家长"的观念。 Online teaching plays an important role in promoting the sharing of high-quality educational resources and promoting the development of educational informatization.The research focuses on the current situation of online teaching in primary and secondary schools in the western regions of China.A large-scale online teaching survey was conducted among primary and secondary school teachers and students in 12 western provinces and cities,including Chongqing,Shaanxi,Sichuan,Yunnan,Guizhou,Guangxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia,Tibet,Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia.A total of 27759 valid teacher questionnaires and 301645 valid student questionnaires were collected.The survey found that there are differences between urban and rural areas in the situation of network equipment resources,online teaching satisfaction of teachers and students,and family participation in online teaching in primary and secondary schools in western China;the situation of information technology application by teachers in western China is generally weak.In the light of the problems found in the survey,this paper puts forward some suggestions:strengthening the construction of network education infrastructure in western China,to enhance the technical support ability of remote areas,especially vulnerable schools;improving the online learning information literacy of students in western China,promoting the deep integration of Information Technology and curriculum teaching;to train and guide teachers in accordance with the real needs of online teaching in the West;enhancing the information literacy of parents of students in the West,especially in the rural areas,strengthening the concept of"serving parents"in schools.
