摘要
试验选同一玉米品种、地块,分别制作全株玉米青贮、玉米黄贮、玉米秸秆,利用尼龙袋试验研究其对肉牛瘤胃降解规律,为其在生产中有效利用提供依据。结果显示:全株玉米青贮干物质(DM)瘤胃快速降解部分a、慢速降解部分b、有效降解率(ERD)显著高于玉米秸秆(P<0.05);全株玉米青贮和玉米黄贮粗蛋白(CP)瘤胃快速降解部分a和ERD极显著高于玉米秸秆(P<0.01),慢速降解部分b极显著低于玉米秸秆(P<0.01);全株玉米青贮和玉米黄贮中性洗涤纤维(NDF)瘤胃快速降解部分a和ERD极显著高于玉米秸秆(P<0.01),慢速降解部分b无显著差异(P>0.05);全株玉米青贮酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)瘤胃快速降解部分a、ERD和玉米黄贮相比差异不显著(P>0.05),慢速降解部分b极显著高于玉米黄贮(P<0.01);各个时间点DM、CP降解率以全株玉米青贮最高,玉米秸秆最低;全株玉米青贮、玉米黄贮和玉米秸秆的NDF、ADF降解率随时间不同呈现不同差异。
In the experiment, the same maize variety and plot were selected to make whole maize silage, corn yellow storage and corn straw respectively, and the rumen degradation regularity of beef cattle was studied by nylon bag experiment, so as to provide basis for effective utilization in production. The results showed that the rapid degradation part a, slow degradation part b and effective degradation rate(ERD) of dry matter(DM) in rumen of the whole maize silage were significantly higher than those of corn straw(P<0.05). The rapid degradation part a and ERD of crude protein(CP) in the rumen of the whole maize silage and corn yellow storage were extremely higher than those of corn straw(P<0.01). The slow degradation part b of crude protein in the rumen of the whole maize silage and corn yellow storage was extremely lower than that of corn straw(P<0.01). The rapid degradation part a and ERD of the whole maize silage and corn yellow storage neutral washing fiber(NDF) in the rumen was extremely higher than that of corn straw(P<0.01), while the slow degradation part b showed no significant difference(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the rumen rapid degradation a、ERD of acid washing fiber(ADF) of the whole maize silage and corn yellow storage(P>0.05), and the slow degradation b was significantly higher than that of corn yellow storage(P<0.01). At each time point, the degradation rate of DM、CP of the whole maize silage was the highest and the corn straw was the lowest. The degradation rates of NDF and ADF of whole maize silage, corn yellow silage and corn straw were different with different time.
