摘要
目的类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清IL-26的表达及疾病活动度的关联进行临床研究。方法选取43例类风湿性关节炎患者,包括16例疾病缓解RA患者、15例疾病活动RA患者以及12例疾病高度活动RA患者。30例健康者作为对照组。对外周血进行3 000 r/min离心5 min获取血清,使用瑞博奥有限公司酶联免疫吸附试剂盒对不同活动度RA患者的外周血IL-26进行测定,全自动酶标仪进行OD值检测并记录RA患者的IL-26浓度,SPSS 11.0软件进行统计。结果对比健康体检者,IL-26在RA患者的外周血中显著升高(P <0.05),IL-26水平与RA患者的活动程度显著相关(P <0.05),且治疗后RA患者IL-26显著降低(P <0.05)。结论 RA患者外周血IL-26显著升高,且与疾病活动度显著相关。
Objective To study the relationship between the serum interleukin-26( IL-26) expression and disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis( RA) patients. Methods Forty-three RA patients were selected,including 16 RA patients with disease remission,15 active RA patients and 12 highly active RA patients. 30 healthy people were used as the control group. The peripheral blood was centrifuged at 3 000 r/min for 5 min to obtain serum. The IL-26 in peripheral blood of different activity RA patients was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit of Raybiotech Co.,Ltd. The OD value was measured by the full-automatic microplate reader and the IL-26 concentration of RA patients was recorded. SPSS 11. 0 software was used for statistics. Results Compared with the healthy people,IL-26 was significantly higher in the peripheral blood of RA patients( P < 0. 05),which was significantly associated with the disease activity of RA patients( P < 0. 05),and after treatment,IL-26 was significantly lower in RA patients( P < 0. 05). Conclusion IL-26 was significantly increased in peripheral blood of RA patients and correlated with disease activity.
