摘要
目的为了应对缺少标准物质的情况,本实验建立相对拟合法以定量测定水中的金属元素含量。方法利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)中不同金属元素铝、镍、银、锰、铊、铜、镉和铅(Al、Ni、Ag、Mn、Tl、Cu、Cd、Pb)所产生的标准粒子数之间的数学关系,以其中一种金属元素(如Mn)作为标准物质,并利用该金属元素标准曲线法的斜率以及相对拟合法计算出其他金属元素的标准曲线斜率,再建立起检测其他金属元素的相对拟合法定量依据。结果检测金属离子出厂水和水源水样品加标回收率在84.2%-94.9%,其中Mn、Ni、Cu、Ag、Cd的回收率RSD较好,均<10%,而Al、Tl、Pb回收率的RSD较大,分别为16.0%,12.0%和14.0%。结论通过该方法用于能力验证样品的检测,取得满意结果。
Objective Due to the lack of standard substance,a relative fitting method was developed to quantitatively detect metal elements in water.Methods Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)in different metal elements aluminum,nickel,silver,manganese,thallium,copper,cadmium and lead(Al,Ni,Ag,Mn,Tl,Cu,Cd,Pb)generated by the standard mathematical relationship between the numbers of particles,in which a metal element(Mn)as a standard substance.The slope of the standard curve method of metal elements and the relative fitting method are used to calculate the slope of the standard curve of other metal elements,and then the quantitative basis of the relative fitting method for detecting other metal elements is established.Results The spiked recoveries of the factory and source water samples for detection of metal ions ranged from 84.2%to 94.9%,among which,the RSDs of Mn,Ni,Cu,Ag and Cd were all less than 10%,while the RSDs of Al,Tl and Pb were 16.0%,12.0%and 14.0%,respectively.Conclusion The method has been applied to the test of capability verification and satisfactory results have been obtained.
