摘要
目的建立同时测定再生水补水湿地水体中Zn、Cu、As、Pb、Cd和Cr含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱方法。方法采集的样品经酸化和过滤后采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行分析,通过调谐对仪器条件参数进行优化,以115In、209Bi、45Sc作为内标同位素,校正基体干扰和漂移。结果 6种元素的检出限为0.02μg/L^0.16μg/L,远低于各元素地表水标准限值,线性良好,相关系数>0.999,对6份实际样品进行平行加标测定,测定值的相对标准偏差为2.94%~4.64%,加标回收率为80.6%~114.2%。6种元素的标准参考物质的测定结果均在证书提供的不确定度范围内。结论该方法操作简单,结果准确,适用于再生水补水湿地水体中Zn、Cu、As、Pb、Cd和Cr的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of Zn,Cu,As,Pb,Cd and Cr contents in reclaimed water of replenished wetland water by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). Methods After acidification and flitration,the samples were directly determined by ICP-MS. The instrument's operating parameters were optimized by tuning and 115 In,209Bi,45 Sc were used as internal standard to adjust the matrix interference and drift. Results The detection limits of six elements were within 0. 02 μg/L-0. 16 μg/L,which were far lower than the surface water standard limit.The calibration curves were linear,with the correlation coefficients greater than 0. 999; the relative standard deviations( RSDs)were within 2. 94%-4. 64% and the recoveries were within 80. 6%-114. 2%. The results of analyzing certified reference materiel of six elements were within the provided range of uncertainty. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the six elements in reclaimed water of replenished wetland water.
