摘要
新形势下,高校教职工思想政治工作质量直接影响着大学生的思想发展,必须予以足够重视。文章分析高校教职工思想政治工作现状,探讨高校教职工思想政治工作的实效性问题,指出高校教职工思想政治工作要坚持以人为本的策略,要坚持沟通为主,采用多样化的工作形式。
Under the new situation,the quality of ideological and political work of university staff has a direct impact on the ideological development of university students,so we must pay enough attention to it.This paper analyzes the current situation of the ideological and political work of university staff,discusses the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of university staff,and points out that the ideological and political work of university staff should adhere to the people-oriented strategy,adhere to the communication oriented,and adopt a variety of work forms.
