摘要
为探究合理的弹条渗锌工艺参数,试验研究了弹条渗锌处理时密封罐内部温度随渗锌时间的变化规律,测量了不同渗锌温度和渗锌时间处理后弹条的渗锌层厚度并进行了防腐性能测试。结果表明,渗锌层厚度随渗锌温度和渗锌时间的增加而增加;当渗锌层厚度大于40μm时,渗锌弹条的综合防腐性能良好;弹条的渗锌工艺适宜渗锌温度为395~405℃,渗锌时间不低于5.5 h。
In order to find out the reasonable sherardizing process parameters of the clip,the variation of the internal temperature of the sealed tank with sherardizing time during the sherardizing process of the clip was studied experimentally.The thickness of the sherardizied coating of the clip after different sherardizing temperature and time was measured,and the anti-corrosion performance was tested.The results show that the thickness of sherardizied coating increases with the increase of sherardizied temperature and time.When the thickness of sherardizied coating is more than 40μm,the comprehensive anti-corrosion performance of sherardizied clip is reasonable.The suitable sherardizing temperature for sherardizing process of clip is 395~405℃,and the sherardizing time is not less than 5.5 h.
