摘要
以扫描电镜和χ射线衍射法对氨基磺酸盐镀液沉积的铁镍合金组织结构进行了研究。实验结果表明:在通常情况下,铁镍合金的显微组织是典型的柱状结构,其中镍为置换固溶,镀层中还含有少量的氢,氢为间隙固溶。
The morphology of electrodeposited Fe-Ni alloy from sulfamate bath has been studied by means of scan elec
tron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The experimental results indicate that the morphology of the deposit is typi
cally columncrystalline as usually, which Nickel is substitutional sold solution. There is a little Hydrogen which is
gap sold solution in the deposit.
