摘要
通过Cr元素合金化设计,开发了高导热性合金化帘线钢盘条C72D2Cr、C82D2Cr。与普通C72D2、C82D2、C86D2相比,C72D2Cr、C82D2Cr具有更高的导热系数。通过轧钢工艺和设备优化,高导热性合金化帘线钢盘条的抗拉强度极差可控制在60 MPa以内,索氏体化率达到95%;索氏体片层间距可控制在90~110 nm,索氏体片层更加细小平直,珠光体团更加均匀,可满足用户高导热性超高强度钢帘线的生产。
Alloyed cord steel wire rods C72D2Cr and C82D2Cr with high thermal conductivity are developed through Cr alloying design.C72D2Cr and C82D2Cr have higher thermal conductivity compared with ordinary C72D2,C82D2 and C86D2.By optimizing steel rolling technology and equipment,the tensile strength range of high thermal conductivity alloyed steel cord wire rod is able to be controlled within 60 MPa,and the sorbite rate can reach 95%.The sorbite lamella spacing can be controlled within 90~110 nm.The sorbite layer is thinner and straighter,and pearlite group is more uniform,which can satisfy needs of users for production of high thermal conductivity and ultra-high strength steel cord.
