摘要
建立一种氨基酸分析仪测定卤水中铵含量的分析方法。样品用上样溶液(pH 2.2)定容后,采用氨基酸分析仪进行程序洗脱,阳离子交换树脂柱进行分离,茚三酮溶液柱后衍生显色,在570 nm波长下测得铵色谱峰,用峰面积外标法定量,保留时间定性。结果表明铵在0.10~3.00 mg/L浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),回收率为101.37%,相对标准偏差为1.7%(n=6)。该方法简单、便捷、准确性高,适合于卤水中铵的定量分析。
This paper is to establish an method using amino acid analyzer for the determination of ammonium in brine.After constant volme with a sample solution(pH 2.2),the sample was eluted with an amino acid analyzer,separated by cation exchange resin column,and colorimetrically derived from ninhydrin solution,and the taurine chromatographic peaks was measured at a wavelength of 570 nm,quantification of peak area by external standard method,retention time qualitative.The results showed that ammonium had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.50-3.00 g/mL(r=0.999)with a recovery rate of 101.37%and a relative standard deviation of 1.7%(n=6).This method is simple,convenient,accurate and suitable for the quantitative analysis of ammonium in brine.
