摘要
目的探讨以人文关怀为主的优质护理干预在老年重症肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1~12月大连港医院收治的86例老年重症肺炎患者,根据患者的就诊顺序将其分为常规组和研究组,每组各43例。常规组在对症治疗期行常规护理,研究组根据“以人为本”的理念,实施以人文关怀为主的优质护理干预。比较两组干预前后的心理状态,统计两组的继发感染、呼吸衰竭、肺炎休克等并发症概率,并调查患者对护理服务满意度。结果两组干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于干预前,且研究组的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪评分低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率低于常规组,护理满意度高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年重症肺炎患者病情较重,施以人文关怀为主的优质护理干预,有助于改善患者的心理情绪,降低相关并发症发生,患者的满意度更佳。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention based on humanistic care in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,86 elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated in Dalian Port Hospital were selected.They were divided into routine group and study group according to their order of visits,43 cases in each group.The routine group carried out routine nursing measures during the symptomatic treatment.According to the concept of″people-oriented″,the study group further applied humanistic care as the main quality nursing intervention.The changes of psychological state before and after intervention were compared,the incidence of secondary infection,respiratory failure,pneumonia shock and other complications were counted,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services was investigated.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scace(SDS)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Complications in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with severe pneumonia are more serious,and the humanistic care-based quality nursing intervention is helpful to improve the psychological mood of the patients,reduce the occurrence of related complications,and the patients′satisfaction is better.
