摘要
1+X证书制度是双证书制度的优化和提升,是推进职业教育人才培养培训模式和评价模式的一种创新制度。南平市某高职旅游管理专业实施1+X课证融合教学改革面临课证分离、双师型教师缺乏、教材无特色、教学方法单一等问题阻碍了职业教育改革步伐,该文从重构课程体系、多措并举打造双师型教师、多方联合开发实用教材、采用多样化教学模式等方面推进1+X课证融合教学改革的实施,从而实现高素质、高服务技能导游人才的培养,满足旅行社行业企业发展对人才的需求。
The 1+X certificate system is the optimization and promotion of the double certificate system,and is an innovative system that promotes the training model and evaluation model of vocational education talents.The 1+X certificate system integration of course and certificate teaching reform has been implemented by the tourism management major of a high vocational school in Nanping City,which faced numerous problems,such as,separation of course and certificate,the lack of double-qualified teachers,the monotony of practical teaching materials and teaching method,etc.Such problem hinders vocational education reform.This article aims to promote the implementation of 1+X integration of course and certificate teaching reform from the aspects of restructuring the curriculum system,taking multiple measures to construct the teacher team of double-qualified teachers,jointing multi-party experts to develop practical teaching materials,adopting multiple teaching models,and then to realize the cultivation of tour guide talents with high-quality and high-service skills,and finally to meet the demands of the development of travel agency industries for talents.
