补肾健骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的疗效及对患者伤椎功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究补肾健骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者(Osteoporotic Vertebral Compressive Fracture,OVCF)的疗效及对患者伤椎功能的影响。方法:选取2019年1-11月于我院就诊的OVCF患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组行鲑降钙素联合骨化三醇治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上行补肾健骨汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、伤椎解剖结构、伤椎生理功能。结果:两组患者临床有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组伤椎Cobb角、锥体前缘丢失高度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),骨密度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨汤辅助治疗OVCF患者具有较好的疗效,能促进伤椎解剖结构恢复,改善伤椎生理功能,可临床推广。 Objective:To study the effect of the Bushen Jiangu decoction(补肾健骨汤)in the auxiliary treatment on elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures and its effect on the vertebral function of the patients.Methods:60 OVCF patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salmon calcitonin combined calcitriol,and the study group was treated with the Bushen Jiangu decoction more.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical effectiveness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle of the injured vertebrae and the height of the anterior cone loss in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the bone density was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI scores of the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Jiangu decoction has a good effect in adjuvant treatment of OVCF patients.It can promote the restoration of the anatomical structure of the injured vertebra and improve the physiological function of the injured vertebra.
