摘要
目的比较真空微波干燥法和热风循环干燥法对脉康宁胶囊流浸膏干燥后质量的影响。方法分别采用真空微波干燥法和热风循环干燥法对脉康宁胶囊流浸膏进行干燥,以性状、水分、浸膏得率、指标成分鉴别、含量测定和干燥效率为评价指标考察以上两种干燥工艺制得的干浸膏,比较不同干燥工艺的干燥效率和干燥后浸膏质量。结果每干燥16 kg流浸膏,真空微波干燥工艺干燥时间30 min,而热风循环干燥时间5^6 h。两种干燥工艺制得的干浸膏性状、指标成分鉴别结果基本一致,但真空微波干燥工艺制得的干浸膏质地疏松多孔,易粉碎。热风循环干燥工艺的平均浸膏得率23.41%,平均水分5.58%,丹参酮ⅡA等成分平均总含量1.23 mg·g^(-1);真空微波干燥工艺的平均浸膏得率23.47%,平均水分4.25%,丹参酮ⅡA等成分平均总含量1.67 mg·g^(-1)。结论真空微波干燥工艺与热风循环干燥工艺相比,干燥时间短,干燥效率高,干浸膏水分低,丹参酮ⅡA等成分总含量高,干浸膏质地疏松多孔,易粉碎。真空微波干燥工艺更适合作为脉康宁胶囊流浸膏的干燥工艺。
OBJECTIVE Compare the effect on quality of dried extract of MaiKangNing capsule dried by the Microwave-vacuum with the Hot air cycle.METHODS The dry processes of the fluid extract of capsule MaiKangNing were the Microwave-vacuum and the Hot-air-cycle.Make a comparison of the two dry processes,based on character,moisture,extract yield,index component indentify,content determination and dry efficiency.RESULTS The time of the Microwave-vacuum drying was 30 min per 16 kg extract,but the time of the Hot air drying was 5-6 h.The dry extract properties and index component identification results of the two drying process basic unanimously,but the dry extract was loose,porous and easy to crush by the Microwave-vacuum.The average extract yield was 23.41%,the average moisture was 5.58%and the average total content of TanshinoneⅡA was 1.23 mg·g-1 dried by the Hot air cycle.The average extract yield was 23.47%,the average moisture was 4.25%and the average total content of TanshinoneⅡA was 1.67 mg·g-1 dried by the Microwave-vacuum.CONCLUSION The Microwave-vacuum process has more efficient and shorter drying time than the Hot air cycle.The extract prepare by the Microwave-vacuum have lower moisture,higher total content of TanshinoneⅡA and loose,porous,easy to crush.The Microwave-vacuum process is more suitable for dried extract of MaiKangNing capsule.
