摘要
[目的]比较不同干燥方法对沙棘提取物水分及活性成分含量的影响,指导沙棘提取物生产实践。[方法]分别采用烘干法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法测定不同干燥方法沙棘提取物中水分、总黄酮、异鼠李素-3-O芸香糖苷含量。[结果]冷冻干燥提取物中水分含量最低,总黄酮和异鼠李素-3-O芸香糖苷含量最高。[结论]干燥方法对沙棘提取物的含水量、活性成分含量产生一定程度影响,该研究结果为沙棘提取物的进一步研究和利用提供了试验依据。
[Objective]To compare the content of water and bioactive component under different drying methods in the extracts of Hippophae rhamnoides.[Method]Using separately hot air drying method,UV,HPLC to determine the content of water,total flavonoids and isorhamL-3-o rutin by different drying methods of vacuum freeze drying,low-temperature oven drying and high-temperature oven drying in the extracts of Hippophae rhamnoides.[Result]The water content was the lowest,the contents of total flavonoids and isorhamnetin-3-O rutin were the highest in freeze-drying method than the other two.[Conclusion]The drying method has a certain effect on the water content and active ingredient content of Hippophae rhamnoides extract.The results of this study provide experimental basis for further research and utilization of Hippophae rhamnoides extract.
