摘要
在湾区快速轨道交通(Bart)三十多年的房地产开发经验中,Bart面向公共交通的开发(Tod)计划不断发展。该文通过对旧金山湾区最新修订的Bart Tod Guildline的内容进行梳理,主要从指南中提到的土地利用策略、Bart的Tod过程,站区规划指导以及其他部分重点政策等方面进行详细介绍。对Bart公共交通开发的政策和设计中有启发性的地方进行总结,结合现今国内大都市面临的城市交通问题,希望能对中国城市未来的Tod发展提供可借鉴的思路。
In the 30 years of real estate development experience in Bay Area Rapid Rail Transit(Bart),Bart’s Transit-Oriented Development(Tod)has continued to evolve.In this article we review the contents of the newly revised Bart Tod Guildline in the San Francisco Bay Area.We mainly introduce the land use strategy mentioned in the guideline,the Tod process of Bart,the planning guide of the station area and other key policies.By summarizing the inspiring places in the policy and design of Bart Tod guideline,combined with the traffic congestion problems faced by Tod’s domestic metropolises,we hope to provide ideas for the future Tod in Chinese cities.
