摘要
杯状细胞是结膜上皮中一种特异分化的细胞,其分泌的黏蛋白是泪膜的组成成分并在维持泪膜稳定中发挥重要作用。随着干眼研究的深入,结膜杯状细胞及其分泌的黏蛋白受到更多关注。本综述总结了近年来在该领域的主要研究成果,先阐述了杯状细胞的生理特性,进而分析杯状细胞以及黏蛋白在干眼病理过程中发生的变化,在此基础上提出可能挽救杯状细胞的组织层面或分子层面的方法。希望通过本综述让更多人了解杯状细胞,为干眼的研究、治疗提供帮助。
Goblet cells are special differentiated cells in the conjunctival epithelium.Mucin secreted by the goblet cells is a component of the tear film and plays a key role in the tear film stability.More attention has been paid to the conjunctival goblet cells and related mucins with the progressing research of dry eye.In this review,we will summarize major findings in recent years in this area.On the basis of describing the physiological characteristics of the goblet cells,and analyzing changes in goblet cells and mucins during the pathological process of dry eye,we proposed possible methods to save goblet cells at the tissue or molecular level.We hope this review could facilitate understanding of the goblet cells for better dry eye research and treatment.
