摘要
为明确温度和虫果完整度对柑橘大实蝇幼虫入土化蛹的影响,通过人工气候箱,设置了不同温度和虫果完整程度处理,观察柑橘大实蝇幼虫的化蛹数量和化蛹进度。结果表明:所有虫果中幼虫在4℃条件下均不化蛹,在8℃条件下化蛹率低,在12℃条件下化蛹数量最多,且进度最快,16℃条件化蛹较集中;剥开的虫果中幼虫化蛹数量最多,进度也比完整虫果中幼虫化蛹速度快;12和16℃下获得的虫蛹羽化率无显著差异,但8℃下获得的虫蛹羽化率极低,不同完整度虫果中获得的虫蛹羽化率无显著差异。因此,12℃是柑橘大实蝇幼虫入土化蛹的适宜温度,相对高温可以促使虫果中幼虫集中入土化蛹,适当地食物胁迫会促进柑橘大实蝇幼虫提早化蛹。
In order to identify the effects of temperatures and wormy fruit integrity on pupation of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)larvae,different temperatures and wormy fruit integrity levels were set to observe the number of pupation and pupation progress in the plant growth chamber.The result showed that any larva in wormy fruit could not pupate at the constant temperature of 4℃;the pupation rate was low at 8℃;the largest number of pupation and the fastest pupation progress were recorded at 12℃;the pupation was more concentrated at 16℃;the largest number of pupation was from peeled wormy fruit,of which the pupation progress was faster than that of the whole wormy fruit;the emergence rate of pupae had no significant difference between 12℃and 16℃,but was low at 8℃;in addition,it had no significant difference between varying integrity degrees of peeled wormy fruit.The temperature of 12℃is suitable for pupation of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)larvae;the pupation was more concentrated at relatively higher temperatures,and an appropriate food stress may promote the larvae to pupate early.
