摘要
利用Y-型嗅觉仪测试了桔小实蝇不同生理状态下(性成熟与性未成熟)两性成虫在不同时间内对不同剂量香蕉果肉挥发物的行为反应。结果表明,香蕉果肉挥发物对性成熟与性未成熟的两性成虫均能产生显著的引诱效果,并随着剂量的增加,引诱作用增强,当测试剂量超过0.10 g时香蕉果肉即能引起两性成虫的行为反应;同时,随着剂量的增加,成虫对香蕉果肉的反应时间缩短,当测试剂量为0.1 g时,性未成熟雌虫的反应在10 min时达到显著水平,而性成熟雌虫在30 min时达到显著水平;性未成熟雄虫的反应在5 min时达到显著水平,而性成熟在40 min时达到显著水平。当测试剂量为1 g以上时,不论性成熟与否,雌、雄虫的反应均在5 min内达到显著水平。
Choice responses of Dacus dorsalis(Hendel) adults (immatures and matures) at different time (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50,60 min ) to the volatiles from banana pulp at different doses (0. 01, 0. 1, 1.0 , 10 g) were conducted by using Y-Tube olfactometer in laboratory, respectively. The results showed that the volatiles were attractive to the both sexes of immature and mature adults. The dose-re sponse showed that more than 0. 1 g banana pulp demonstrated significant attractiveness to males and females. Time responses indicated that the significant responses by immature and mature adults at different dose were different. For males, the responses by immatures at the dose of 0. 1 g reached a significant difference from control at 10 min and that by matures at 30 min. For females, the responses by immatures reached significant levels at 5 min and that by matures at 40 min. The immature and mature adults at 5 min produced significant responses at the dose of over 1 g (a=0. 05).
