摘要
目的探讨改良眼镜对白内障术后出院患者自滴眼药液的影响。方法将120例白内障术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用拳式法自滴滴眼液,观察组采用自制改良眼镜自滴滴眼液,观察比较两组患者出院后自滴滴眼液依从性、并发症发生率和满意度。结果患者出院后自滴眼药液依从率、满意率观察组均显著高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.001或0.01)。结论改良眼镜能提高白内障术后出院患者自滴滴眼液依从性,降低眼部并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of improved glasses on self-service eye drops in discharged patients after cataract surgery.Methods 120 cases of postoperative cataract patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with self-service eye drops by fist method,while the experimental group were treated with self-service eye drops by self-made improved glasses.And then,compliance and complication rate of self-service drops and satisfaction of discharged patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The compliance and satisfaction were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the complication rate was lower in the control group(P<0.001 or 0.01).Conclusion Modified glasses can improve the compliance of self-service eye drops in discharged patients after cataract surgery,reduce the incidence of ocular complications and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
