摘要
作为创新活动的主体,企业越来越认识到通过协同创新活动提高创新绩效对企业发展的重要性。本文通过构建以企业内部各要素协同、组织学习与企业创新绩效之间关系为核心内容的研究框架,对企业要素协同、资源整合与创新绩效之间的作用机制,企业内部各要素的全面协同对于企业创新绩效的直接影响,以及如何通过组织学习影响企业创新绩效等问题进行了实证分析。
As the main body of innovation activities,enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of improving innovation performance through collaborative innovation activities for the development of enterprises.This paper constructs a research framework based on the relationship between the internal elements of the enterprise,organizational learning and enterprise innovation performance,and analyzes the mechanism of the interaction between the enterprise elements synergy,resource integration and innovation performance.Empirical analysis is carried out on the direct impact of corporate innovation performance and how to influence corporate innovation performance through organizational learning.
