单壁碳纳米管的双水相分离

Sorting of single-wall carbon nanotubes by aqueous two-phase systems

摘要 单壁碳纳米管的本征性质由其手性决定,高性能器件、成像等应用均要求使用性质一致的碳纳米管,而商业化样品通常是由各种不同手性的单壁纳米管组成的混合物,因此,需要对其进行分离.双水相分离法作为一种分离单壁碳纳米管的新兴技术,分离结果稳定可靠,不需要复杂的设备,具有简捷、高效、易扩大规模的特点.本文重点介绍了表面活性剂-碳纳米管和DNA-碳纳米管的双水相分离,通过讨论表面活性剂浓度、盐浓度、p H等分离条件对分离的影响,分析单壁碳纳米管的双水相分离机理.本文还比较了表面活性剂-碳纳米管和DNA-碳纳米管双水相分离的特点并对未来碳纳米管双水相分离领域可能的研究方向进行了探讨. All intrinsic properties of single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)are directly determined by their chirality.Commercially available SWCNTs powder samples are usually mixtures of various chiralities.High-performance carbon nanotube devices,sensing,imaging and other applications require the use of SWCNTs with consistent properties,which imposes requirements on the structural sorting of SWCNTs.As an emerging technology for sorting SWCNTs,the aqueous two-phase(ATP)extraction method exhibits stable and reliable sorting results.It is simple,efficient,and easy to scale up and does not require complicated equipment.This review focused on the aqueous two-phase sorting of surfactant-SWCNTs and DNA-SWCNTs.By explaining the effects of dispersant,salt,p H and other sorting conditions on sorting result,the sorting mechanism of aqueous two-phase extraction of SWCNTs are explained.In the end,the characteristics of the aqueous two-phase extraction of DNA-SWCNTs and surfactant-SWCNTs are compared,followed by the discussion of its possible research directions in the future.
