摘要
课程思政是实现各类课程与思政理论课同向同行继而协同育人的重要路径,随着产教融合在高职院校办学中的深入实施,人才培养模式、方式、形式发生一系列变革,也对高职院校开展课程思政带来新挑战,即产教融合实践课程增加课程思政时空覆盖难度、开放的课程体系带来内容形式设计难度、多元主体协同育人带来师资队伍建设难度。我们要按照习近平总书记提出的"因事而化、因时而进、因势而新"总要求,以健全职业素养考核为突破来提升课程思政在产教融合办学中的功能地位,以创新内容形式为重点来实现专业教育与思政教育同向同行,以产教融合型企业为新载体手来构建课程思政育人共同体,全面促进高职院校课程思政高质量发展。
Ideological and political education of course is an important path of realizing the development and function of educating people of various kinds of courses and Ideological and Political Theory Course. With the deep implementation of industry-education g integration in higher vocational colleges, a serious of reforms have taken place in the mode, method and form of talent cultivation, and has brought new challenges for higher vocational colleges to develop ideological and political education of course. The practical course of industry-education integration has the space difficulty, and the open course system has the difficulty of content form design, and educating people by teachers from industry and school has brought the difficulty of constructing teaching staff team. According to the requirements of Changing According to Situation, Advance with Time,Renewing with Trend proposed by general secretary of China, Xi Jinping, the function status of Ideological and political education of course in industry-education integration is improved by perfecting career quality assessment, and the development of program education and ideological and political education is realized by focusing innovating content and form, and the ideological and political education of course is constructed by enterprises of industry-education integration, so as to promote the hi-quality development of ideological and political education of course in higher vocational colleges.
