起伏地区超临界CO_(2)管道输送特性及管输工艺参数经济性研究 被引量:4

摘要 作为CO_(2)捕集与CO_(2)驱油封存过程的中间环节,管道输送是CO_(2)输送的首选方法,而管道输送参数设计是CCUS技术应用的关键环节之一。通过提取某管道沿线高程,研究了起伏地形对超临界CO_(2)管道输送的影响,并对管道输送设计参数进行了分析,建立了与管道和增压设备等投资相关联的技术经济评估模型。结果表明,超临界CO_(2)管道输送可视为单相流体输送。与平坦地形相比,起伏管道沿线流体的压力和温度波动较大。为使管道全线满足密相输送要求,当入口压力在10~14 MPa时需设置中间泵站。单位CO_(2)管道输送成本随入口压力的增加先减小后增大,在最优条件下CO_(2)输送成本为50.93元/t。 As the link between CO_(2)capture and CO_(2)-EOR,the pipeline transportation is the preferred method of CO_(2)transportation,and the design of pipeline transportation parameters is one of the key links in the application of CCUS technology.By sampling the elevation along a certain pipeline,the influence of undulating terrain on the pipeline transportation of supercritical CO_(2)was studied,the design parameters of pipeline transportation were analyzed,and a techno-economic model related to investment in pipelines and booster equipment was established.The results show that pipeline transportation of supercritical CO_(2)can be regarded as single-phase fluid transportation.Compared with flat terrain,the pressure and temperature of the fluid along the undulating pipeline fluctuate greatly.In order to make the entire pipeline meet the requirements of dense phase transportation,a relay pump station should be set when the inlet pressure is in the range of 10 to 14 MPa.The unit cost of pipeline transportation decreases first and then increases as the inlet pressure increases,and the cost of CO_(2)transportation is 50.93 yuan/t under the optimal conditions.
