摘要
大口径(DN≥400 mm)电磁流量计广泛用于国、省控重点排污企业的进出口,但由于拆卸困难、不可停运、经济成本等原因,导致无法离线定期检定,造成计量失控,甚至引发贸易纠纷。文章主要从影响流量计测量结果的现场安装、校准方法、计算公式等因素进行分析,确立校准体系研究以期确保流量计测量数据的准确性和可靠性,为大口径电磁流量计的量值溯源提供技术支撑。
The large diameter(DN≥400 mm) electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used in the import and export of national and provincial pollutant discharge enterprises.However,due to the difficulties in disassembly,nonstop operation,economic cost and so on,it can’t be checked off-line regularly,resulting in out-of-control measurement and even trade disputes.This paper mainly analyzes the factors that influence the measurement results of flow meters,such as field installation,calibration method,calculation formula and so on.It establishes the calibration system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement data,which providing the technical support for the quantity traceability of the large electromagnetic flowmeter.
