摘要
为了研究不同方式添加膜发酵苹果渣对肉鸭生长性能、经济效益的影响,试验将体重相近(约65 g/只)健康的1日龄樱桃谷SM3肉鸭90只随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。各组均分三段饲喂,1~2 d为第一阶段,3组均饲喂开口料;3~21 d为第二阶段,对照组饲喂肉小鸭基础日粮(添加W6601预混料),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别用4%、2%膜发酵苹果渣粉等量替换肉小鸭基础日粮中的麸皮;22~42 d为第三阶段,对照组饲喂生长鸭后期基础日粮(添加W6602预混料),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别用4%、6%膜发酵苹果渣粉等量替换生长鸭后期基础日粮中的麸皮。试验结束后测定和计算试验鸭只体重整齐度、采食量、体增重、料重比和毛利润。结果表明:全程(1~42 d)2个试验组肉鸭体重整齐度均好于对照组,前期(1~21 d)试验Ⅱ组显著高于其他两组(P<0.05);采食量与体增重前期(1~21 d)试验Ⅱ组优于对照组;后期(22~42 d)试验Ⅱ组采食量显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),但体增重各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);全程(1~42 d)料重比各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组毛利润均高于对照组。说明膜发酵苹果渣粉在提高肉鸭生产性能和经济效益方面,前期2%、后期6%分段添加方式比全程4%添加方式效果更好。
In order to study the effects of adding membrane fermented apple pomace in different ways on the growth performance and economic benefits of meat ducks, 90 healthy 1-day-old cherry valley SM3 meat ducks with similar body weight(about 65 g/duck) were randomly divided into control group, experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ, with 3 replicates in each group and 10 ducks in each replicate. Animals in each group were fed in three stages. The first stage was 1-2 days, and all animals in three groups were fed with starter diet. The second stage lasts from day 3 to day 21. The animals in the control group were fed with the basic diet of the meat duckling(adding W6601 premix), and the animals in test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ replaced the bran in the basic diet of the meat duckling with 4% and 2% membrane fermented apple dreg powder, respectively. The third stage was 22-42 days. The animals in the control group was fed with the late basic diet of growing ducks(adding W6602 premix), while the bran in the late basic diet of the growing duck in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was replaced with 4% and 6% membrane fermented apple dreg powder, respectively. After the experiment, weight uniformity, feed intake, weight gain, feed-to-weight ratio and gross profit of the ducks were measured and calculated. The results showed that the weight uniformity of meat duck in the two experimental groups was better than that in the control group during the whole experimental period(1-42 days);in the early stage(1-21 days), the body weight of the meat duck in the experimental group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05), and the feed intake and body weight gain were better than that of the control group in the later period(22-42 days), the feed intake of meat ducks in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in body weight gain among the groups(P>0.05);during the whole process(1-42 days), there was no significant difference in feed-to-weight ratio a
