摘要
目的:探究丹参多酚酸盐联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的效果。方法:2018年2月-2020年4月收治冠心病患者148例,随机分为两组,各74例。两组患者均给予基础治疗;对照组给予氯吡格雷治疗,观察组给予丹参多酚酸盐联合氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血液流变学各项指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸盐联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病,能够明显改善患者血液流变学及血脂指标水平,临床疗效满意。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of salvianolate combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:From February 2018 to April 2020,148 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 74 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.The control group was given clopidogrel.The observation group was given salvianolate combined with clopidogrel.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of hemorheology indexes were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower than those of the control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of salvianolate combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease can obviously improve the level of Hemorheology and blood lipid index,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
