摘要 重点介绍了GCr15SiMn超纯净轴承钢的新工艺,通过精确控制轴承钢各元素化学成分、合理控制电炉终点碳含量,准确计算精炼炉初始Al脱氧剂加入量,精炼过程吹氩压力、流量、软吹时间以及VD过程真空度及高真空处理时间等关键参数,成功生产出质量合格的超纯净轴承钢。 The new smelting process of GCr15 SiMn ultra-pure bearing steel has been introduced in this paper.By controlling the chemical composition of each element of bearing steel accurately,controlling the carbon content at the end point of electric furnace reasonably,calculating the initial Al deoxidizer addition in refining furnace accurately,controlling the argon blowing pressure,flow rate,soft blowing time,vacuum degree and high vacuum treatment time in refining processes accurately,the qualified ultra-pure bearing steel have been successfully produced.
