摘要
轻量化已成为目前汽车的发展趋势之一,聚合物材料具有密度小、耐蚀性好、可设计性强等优点,在汽车未来轻量化领域具有广阔的应用前景。探讨了高韧性PC/PBT改性聚合物材料在汽车防撞梁吸能盒的应用。开展了PC/PBT材料的制备及相关力学性能测试,基于试验获取了CAE仿真分析相关参数。按照等重量方案分别设计了PC/PBT与铝合金吸能盒,综合分析了PC/PBT吸能盒相对于铝合金吸能盒的碰撞接触反力和吸能值。结果表明,质量基本等同的情况下,PC/PBT吸能盒通过适当的结构优化表现出比铝合金更出色的吸能特性。PC/PBT吸能盒的最大接触反力仅为铝合金的1/2左右,而吸能值高出铝合金59.5%。
Light weight has becoming a trend of automotive industry development,polymer materials had a broad application in the automobiles lightweight with the advantages of low density,good corrosion resistance and strong designability,etc.The application of PC/PBT on vehicle bumper absorbing box was studied,mechanical properties tests of PC/PBT were carried out to obtain the CAE simulation parameters.Two kinds of absorbing box using PC/PBT and aluminum alloy were designed based on equal weight scheme,and the contact force and absorbing energy of the PC/PBT absorbing boxes relative to aluminum alloy absorbing boxes during collision were synthetically analyzed.The results showed that,under the condition the same quality,PC/PBT absorbing boxes showed better absorbing properties compared with aluminum alloy absorbing boxes through structure optimization,the contact force of PC/PBT was only 1/2 than that of aluminum alloy and the energy of PC/PBT was 59.5%higher than that of aluminum.
