International research progress in the litter decomposition based on web of science

摘要 凋落物分解是陆地生态系统物质循环和能量流动的关键环节,在维持生态系统结构和功能中占据着重要地位。为系统了解凋落物分解研究的现状、热点和趋势,基于Web of Science核心数据库,检索1980-2019年的相关文献并进行计量分析。研究结果表明:(1)凋落物分解研究呈整体上升趋势,研究方向逐渐深入,涉及学科从生态环境科学扩展到生态学、植物科学和农学等多学科。(2)形成了以Soil Biology and Biochemistry与Plant and Soil为主要刊载期刊,中国科学院与瑞典农业科学大学为主要研究机构及Cornelissen JHC、Wardle DA与Aerts R为核心研究人员的学术格局。(3)通过关键词分析与术语分析,凋落物分解的研究逐渐形成了凋落物与植物群落、微生物、环境相互交融的局面。未来该领域应注重全球变化背景下的凋落物分解过程研究,需将“植物-凋落物-土壤”作为一个整体,系统研究不同生态系统类型中元素的生物地球化学循环过程及调控机理,并深入理解凋落物分解的微生物学机制。 Litter decomposition is a crucial process linking to nutrient cycle and energy flow,which plays a momentous role in maintaining the structure and function of ecosystems.To systematically explore the status quo,hotspots and trends of litter decomposition,bibliometric methods were applied on the related literature which was recorded in the Web of Science during the period of 1980-2019.The results showed as follows:(1)During the 40 years,the researches of litter decomposition had been increasing on the whole,research?directions had gradually deepened and the involved categories had developed into a situation of the multidisciplinary intersection,including Environmental Science Ecology,Plant Science,Ecology,Agriculture,and so on.(2)The studies on litter decomposition had presented an academic pattern that Soil Biology and Biochemistry and Plant and Soil were the major journals,Chinese Academy of Sciences and Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences acted as the staple institutions and Cornelissen JHC,Wardle DA and Aerts R lay on the core status.(3)Based on the analysis of keywords and lingoes,researches on litter decomposition had gradually presented a situation in which litter,plant communities,microorganisms and the environment interacted with each other.Key scientific issues for future research should focus on the process of litter decomposition in the context of global climate change,meanwhile,it is necessary to take“plant-litter-soil”system as a whole and systematically study the biogeochemical cycle process and control mechanism of elements of different ecosystem types,as well as the microbiological mechanism of litter decomposition.
