摘要
高职院校实施现代学徒制人才培养模式既是践行国家高等职业教育政策,也是培养高素质高技能型人才的途径。N学院连锁经营管理专业作为现代学徒制试点专业,积极探索“产教融合、轮岗晋级”现代学徒制人才培养模式,校企共同制订人才培养目标、按照“岗位—技能—课程”的思路设置专业课程,双导师教学团队做好前置准备、过程监控以及评价,为现代学徒制人才培养模式改革积累了一定的经验。
The implementation of modern apprenticeship talent training model in higher vocational colleges is not only to practice the national higher vocational education policy,but also to train high-quality and high-skilled talents.As a modern apprenticeship pilot major,N Academy of Chain Business Management is actively exploring the modern apprenticeship training model of“integration of production and education,rotation and promotion”.Schools and enterprises jointly formulate talent training goals and set them in accordance with the idea of“postskills-courses”Professional courses,double-tutor teaching team to make preparations,process monitoring and evaluation,have accumulated certain experience for the reform of modern apprenticeship training model.
